Kinetic Events Staffing is in search of event staff for an upcoming conference taking place at various locations in the downtown San Diego area. This event will be from Saturday 02/15 - Wednesday 02/19. Please note that a majority of the roles we are filling are outdoor standing positions.

Job Description
- Staff will be supporting our client with way-finding, customer service, directional, transportation, registration, badge scanning/distribution, and more.
- A MAJORITY OF ROLES ARE OUTDOORS. These are physical roles and require you to stand on your feet and walk for the duration of the shift.
- This event will be taking place from Saturday 02/15 - Wednesday 02/19. Very limited shifts will be available on Saturday 02/15.
- Shift times vary and will range from 6-12 hours in length.
- A majority of the shifts will begin between the hours of 5:30am-9:30am. A limited amount of shifts start in the late morning/early afternoon.
- Pay is $23/hour.
- Parking will be reimbursed post-event up to $15/day with a receipt.
- Staff will need to wear their own black slacks/pants, a black professional long-sleeved shirt, and black professional shoes. All clothing should be unbranded. Any outerwear worn will need to be black and unbranded as well.
Ideal Candidates
- Must be comfortable standing on your feet for the duration of the shift as well as walking.
- Must be comfortable working outdoors.
- Previous customer service/retail experience is required, event experience is preferred.
- Must be friendly, reliable, outgoing, and professional.
- Ideally, tech-savvy and willing to learn new tasks and skills.
