Kinetic Events Staffing is in search of event staff and brand ambassadors for an upcoming conference taking place at Nashville Music City Center from Friday 02/14 to Wednesday 02/19.

Job Description
- Staff will be supporting our client with registration, way-finding, badge scanning/distribution, bag stuffing, line monitoring, room monitoring, and more. Staff will work in more than one position and must be flexible.
- This event will be taking place from Friday 02/14 - Wednesday 02/19. Very limited shifts will be available on Friday 02/14.
- Shift times vary and will range from 5-11 hours in length.
- A majority of the shifts will begin between the hours of 7am-10am. Shifts will go no later than 6pm.
- Pay is $22/hour. We do have a limited amount of roles that pay $24/hour, however, these roles require a substantial event & promotional background with a heavy focus in hospitality and VIP experience.
- Parking will be reimbursed post-event up for a pre-determined amount.
- Staff will need to wear their own black slacks/pants, a black professional long-sleeved shirt, and black professional shoes. All clothing should be unbranded.
Ideal Candidates
- Must be comfortable standing on your feet for the duration of the shift as well as walking.
- Previous customer service/retail experience is required, event experience is preferred.
- Must be friendly, reliable, outgoing, and professional.
- Ideally, tech-savvy and willing to learn new tasks and skills.
