Kinetic Events Staffing is in search of event staff for an insurance conference happening at the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center from 11/17-11/19. This is a great opportunity to join our roster as we will have other events in the Nashville area this fall & winter including another upcoming conference happening 12/1 - 12/6 at the Omni Hotel. Job Description
- The pay rate for this job is $24/hr.
- Job duties include scanning badges, room monitoring, and other general event duties.
- All roles are standing positions and you may be required to work more than one role during the course of this event.
- A uniform will not be provided. You must wear your own black button-down, black slacks, and black professional shoes.
- Rest and lunch breaks are paid.
- Parking will be reimbursed up to $20/day post-event.
Shift Times - Must be available for all three shifts
- Sunday 11/17: 12:30pm-7:30pm
- Monday 11/18: 7:45am-4:45pm or 12pm-6pm
- Tuesday 11/19: 7:45am-4:45pm or 12pm-6pm
Ideal Candidates
- Previous event & conference experience is preferred. Customer service experience is required.
- Must be friendly, outgoing, and professional.
- Must be comfortable standing on your feet for long periods of time, and interacting with groups of people.
